jeng4810 Hi Veronika, I received notice that you opened a case about the new Puma sneakers you purchased because they not fit. They were clearly described and labeled as a regular size 8. Unfortunately Poshmark's policy is that an item cannot be returned if it doesn't fit. I was confused that you opened a 2nd case hours later saying you did not receive the shoes. Poshmark says they're reviewing it. Maybe it's better for you to purchase from a retailer so you can return items. Thank you.
