barneymoblie @janowsk3 I have a customer who bought 3 Necklaces and afterwards realized I had more than one of them. She wanted to add 2 more to her order without paying the additional shipping. So she says she canceled issuing the accident option. But I still show her order and the money in pending. What should we do? How long does it take to cancel?
