@pahall I am new to this but I just got an email from poshmark stating that they have to remind you to ship the shoes, are you able to call the 1-800 number to inquire about why it had not been shipped if it was taken to the post office and a tracking number was given?

@lsstacy42 Yes, Posh will send a reminder if the item doesn’t start tracking (proof of shipping), in about 3 days after purchase. When packages are dropped in the box at the PO there isn’t a tracking number until they actually start tracking. I can update that I’ve Sheppard and the status will change to pending, but that isn’t proof of tracking. If that makes sense...

@pahall ok well I did not know it was dropped off, I have just been receiving all my other items I have ordered and did not know the process, so what will happen at the end of the day if it had not started and the purchase was made 3 days ago?

@lsstacy42 If you check the status now, it will say “Pending Shipment Scan”. This populates when I indicate that I’ve shipped. I normally notify the buyer instead because it isn’t proof of actual shipping. However that is the proper status because they’ve not scanned for whatever reason. Again, if not by end of business I will go by there. Thank you,

@lsstacy42 Poshmark policy changes from time to time, but sellers have, I want to say 7 days to ship, if not, the buyer can cancel. I think due to the pandemic that has been extended to 10 days. If the item is somehow lost in shipping, Posh will refund the buyer and compensate the seller. My average ship time is 1 day (you can check my stats). This is unusual, and I apologize for the inconvenience.

@pahall I was kinda looking forward to the shoes I am just puzzled that I have ordered so many items and have received them but I can wait until Monday to see what happens maybe they can be shipped over night perhaps, not sure first experience not receiving the item but thanks

@lsstacy42 There’s always a first on Posh! I recently ordered a bag. It got lost. Posh paid the seller and refunded my money. It showed up in my mailbox about a week later! I really think it’s due to the virus.
