kaylalago9 @vevefashionp I called my local post office and the guy said it hasn’t left yet so if they’re able to find it, I can go pick it up today and cancel it. But if not, can you resell it instead of returning it?

vevefashionp @kaylaharris9 hey so my Fitbit works great but it won’t send me notifications from my messages on my phone and that’s a done dealer for me. Please let me know how to fix this or id like to return it

kaylalago9 @vevefashionp the settings have to be turned on your phone and through the FitBit app to receive text and call notifications

kaylalago9 @vevefashionp this is what google says “Show notifications on the lock screen and play notification sounds' and 'Show and sound reminders when my phone is locked' are on. Find these settings under System > Notifications & actions. Make sure you allow the Fitbit app to access your notifications. Find this setting under Privacy > Notifications”

kaylalago9 @vevefashionp I never had any troubles with getting notifications on my phone. But I had to change all of my settings for them to work

kaylalago9 @vevefashionp you don’t have to reset anything. My phone is no longer connected to it so you just have to sync it to your FitBit app... I tested and so did my husband before it shipped so I know that the notifications work
