I notice you r new to pm, and wanted to welcome you also give you a piece of advice, even though directly you didn't ask for it...if you plan to make an offer, you can't offer 20% of the asking price, some poshers will block you and won't be able to buy ever from them....it's rude and disrespectful, please keep that in mind....thanks
