victhestick I like skirt but it was going to be for a friend. Drawstring waist ties were shredded tattered So I just pulled it out of elastic waistband. Also I had to sew two holes at waist. Nwt was probably accurate but the item had some wear. I thought it said junior small which was a surprise it fit me and I'm a women's 10. No big deal I still like skirt especially for price but I think measurements will help in the future. I love the packaging and appreciate the fast delivery.
