I am so sorry I mixed up the shipping labels and accidentally sent your package to someone who ordered a bundle and she got your item. I notified posh and she’s returning it to clear the mix up and I am so incredibly sorry but if you could accept my return request.. I feel so awful. I had been working so much and I try to get things out as quickly as possible and I somehow mixed the labels up. I always double check and photograph but I am terribly sorry.

I am a single mom supporting my I’ll mother for you to do that I made an honest mistake but those items cost me allot of money and I was already losing a lot but not I got 8$ for 200$ or more worth of product. I reached out to you. I work apt and was trying to get them out quickly. I can’t believe you would accept it and not return the items. Just remember karma is real. This was stealing
I am devastated I have never been screwed over on here like this nor Would I ever do it to some one else.

@jaxb13 hey there! I am so SO sorry I am just now seeing all of this. I am going to ship you those items back immediately and get you the shipping label first thing tomorrow. I had the packages delivered to another location and picked them up today. I just accepted because I have never had an issue like this.

@jaxb13 good morning, as an FYI I opened a case with Poshmark as well letting them know the situation and how I mistakenly accepted the order without knowing what was in it. Referencing your original open support ticket (that I didn’t see until today either when I checked my email, goodness 😔) Again, I am terrible sorry for the Mixup on my end too and will overnight you the package as soon as I know a place to Direct message you the tracking info and confirm your mailing address. Thanks!

Let me know if you did not receive the tracking, I will be more than happy to DM you the details. The contents will be in a Pink box, I want to be sure everything gets back to you soundly because the original box is a little beat up from shipping.
