vikynet I called the post office when I went to lunch to see why it wasn't tracking. Apparently the guy that took it friday didn't scan it in and then left for the day. No one else knew what to do with it. Its taken care of now and should start tracking shortly. I am so sorry for the delay.

sarah1616 @vikynet yes I've been notified of shipment and that it was only accepted today. This is very disappointing considering I needed it tomorrow. Do you have a phone # for the postmaster at that location? Had it gone out on time Friday I would have had it today.

vikynet It was only scanned today like I explained. I am very sorry. If you want to call the Conover, NC post office they will tell you the same thing I did.

sarah1616 @vikynet yes. I understand but that's accept usps rules and regulations and typically they're supposed to give you a receipt of acceptance

sarah1616 @vikynet *against not accept. I found the # for the location and I'll contact them tomorrow morning. I also filed a complaint with usps about the incident. Again, it is against usps policy to accept a package and not put it thru the system, give you a receipt of acceptance and then to hold it.... all rule/regulation violations.
