damiangray Next time I'll ask more questions from this buyer as her description for the Sabon diffuser was misleading . The same & smaller size sells for $35 on Sabon's website. The larger size sells for $53 which is what she had listed as the orig.price of the model I just purchased. Also not " Brand New" as stated. Bottle arrived unsealed & less sticks were included. Disappointed in this transaction but learned a good lesson.

fantasysafari @damiangray hey there, I truly apologize for any unpleasant experience you may have... as per the description written for this product, I thought I have clearly stated that this is the 110 mL size... as for the packaging and sticks, I have shipped them out the same way I received them from Sabon. I will take the time to be more receptive of your constructive criticism & Thank you so much for your feedback!

damiangray @fantasysafari I guess I only saw the OS in you size description,an oversight on my part. I must say tho when I've received this product directly from the company in the past its definitely sealed and has more reeds in the package..However I choose to enjoy the product and continue to Iove the scent.

fantasysafari @damiangray no worries! I bought them last year shortly after COVID began (around May 2020) & I was also pretty surprised that they’d arrived in that condition as I have received better quality reeds from Sabon before...

fantasysafari @damiangray in terms of the photo, I searched for the stock photos on Sabon’s website and those were the pictures I could find at the time. Hence, I made sure to state the size in the description box. Once again, please accept my sincere apology for any inconvenience this may cause. damiangray @fantasysafari Not to kick a dead horse but sealed means sealed. You've already said how you were surprised by the way it arrived from Sabon but still your description still read "Brand new" in box in "Sealed condition". In order to avoid future issues it would be helpful if you described and photographed the actual real life item that you're selling, leaving less room for disappointment and dispute.
