Hello there. I’m glad you received your package. First thing, I had posted the order shipping would be delayed. We are all living life & juggling many things. I hope the package being tardy didn’t create too much unrepairable heartache and pain for you. Next, I do not make the products + decide the sizes. I only post what the manufacturer lists/what is on the item. Last thing, really, dog hair on the bottom of pre-owned shoes? Best wishes to you.

@natalieolson322 Really? I gave honest feedback. You did notify several days after the sale of a delay. Then a 2nd time to then ship them several days after that delayed notice. No one “blamed” you for the size of the shoes. But yes, there was a HUGE wad of white dog hair stuck to the bottom of the shoe. You charged money for that! I work hard for my money & it’s not too much to ask for a timely / clean product. Maybe use the feedback as a learning tool instead of coming back at the customer!
