Hi Vicki - have you had a chance to ship the shoes that I purchased from you? Please let me know. It’s been 12 days since I purchased the shoes and a few days since I last heard that you’re shipping them out. I would still like the shoes.

Hi Vicki - any update? If I don’t hear back from you I’m going to cancel the order. I understand that emergencies happen and I told you that I don’t mind waiting for the shipment. But to hear no response and no update is unprofessional. I’d still like the shoes if at all possible.
