@nlgriffis Hi, sorry... The straps are very weak, one of them is about to break apart from the bag... I filled the bag with my things and had to take everything out before it snapped off completely... I love the look of the bag its cute but I can't use it. I kept it because I will try to fix the straps myself by replacing them or maybe reinforcing them but i hope it works. I felt bad and didnt want to return it plus it is cute so. Thanks.
