greenmtngems @myfuntoday Hi again! I got a call today from the USPS in TX. He's telling me it stopped scanning in New Hampshire at the end of June! I just messaged Posh asking for their guidance. USPS says a claim can't be filed until 30 days. If you'd like to open a case on your end, feel free to do so. I'll wait to hear back from Posh and let you know what they say. So sorry about this!
