Hi! I'm Vicki. Some of my favorite brands are “vintage”, Anthropologie, Zara + Madewell. I also browse Athleta, Urban + Brandy Melville for my youngest daughter who still lives at home. vbohlsen @lululover147 Interesting. I really thought the package was never previously opened and I did so to put in the shirt to ship. Was there a spot in the box for the dispenser? Only thing I can think is that the one I was selling did not have a dispenser. The photos I listed were from web bc I didn’t want to open the package to photograph it.

There is a $10 difference in what I though I was buying and what I was sent. If I go and buy the soap dispenser on it’s own it’s $16 +shipping. I’m now going to be paying more than I would have if I just bought it on their site overall.

lululover147 @vbohlsen I get that it’s partially my fault I shouldn’t have ordered until I was back from vacation so the funds wouldn’t be released, nor accepted the order/ given a rating. Ultimately, just make sure your listing are accurate to what your actually selling. Don’t list one product and then send a different and lesser version. Realistically I’d just like $10 back but I don’t see that happening. It’s fine and I’m over it but it’s something to keep in mind

Thought I would let you know that you should have gotten Posh Support involved right at the beginning. You can still contact them and have them read the comments if your situation has not been properly resolved even though it’s been awhile. They are very understanding and will evaluate the problem.
