vickijmorrison @dinieo Hi and thanks for your inquiry! These are beautiful Disc-top caps that screw on to the neck opening of the bottle. To dispense, the disc top is then pressed on top where it says Press. See picture. They close tight by pressing opposite side. Yes we only have 12 bags left (100 caps in each bag) If you order three or more bags through Poshmark, you receive a 15% discount. Can we ship your order tomorrow if that’s okay?
