vrypel76 @gianacapelli hi I would like to know what to do when you send an item to a person and they have the same thing you have but in worse condition and now she’s trying to say I sent them a product that doesn’t match my pictures she’s lying and I want my my original shoes that I sent that match the pictures on my page back to me or my money back

gianacapelli @vrypel76 oh no! This is awful. The best way to protect yourself from this is snap a photo of item when you are packing it up to ship. Of course you can’t do that now! I would examine her photos and see if there is any difference you could point out like shoe size, or anything like that to prove its different. But, that may not be possible. Explain your side of the story inside the claim to Poshmark. And hope they side with you. I’m so sorry this is happening.
