I am truly sorry you feel that your bag was shipped poorly. I wouldn't have ever intentionally shipped a designer bag in any way that would cause it damage. I bubble wrapped it and tissued it for protection and felt the box was appropriate. I want to apologize again that you have had a bad experience because that was never my intention.

@pwtax1 you did cause it damage, you folded it and now it has bumps and creases. Yes, it was bubble wrapped, around the folded bag. I would have ask for a refund but I have been looking for this bag for a long time. I plan to pay and ask Brahmin to restore it. I hope they can. Never ever fold a bag like that again.
