vicki_horn @cj_deelz ok, so I tried to get the ink off the bottoms with alcohol then nail polish remover (acetone) but it won't come off. you have any ideas?

cj_deelz @vicki_horn that’s awesome 👏🏽 Possibly goof off or goo gone might work. That type of sole is tough… last resort would be a nail file, sand paper.

kippykat Hi Vicky – I noticed that you gave me a five star rating but you also said they were 46 scratches on the pet carrier and you’ve wondered if it was new. It is brand new. I wonder if you took the protective Plastic coating off of the bubble? There is a protective plastic that was adhered to the bubble surface to keep it from scratching did you remove that or are you looking at the protective plastic?
