dsf2002 Hi Vickie, I'm sorry you were disappointed in the Chico's duster CARDIGAN. You complained that it is not a duster, when my description clearly states it was a CARDIGAN. Perhaps you should take the time to actually READ the description before buying, instead of trashing the seller. Please do not ever buy from me again.
