retrorandy I'm so sorry your Jacket was small for you Vickie, Forever21 Brand Merchandise is a younger Store and doesnt fit like Full Plus Woman size... The younger stores are all now caring Plus sizes but they are not comparable to our Lane Bryant type stores that mean things like 20W....it can be very disappointing, I am very sorry it didn't work out.
