neatfreak58 @llposh75 Hello....thanks for purchasing the Leopard Print Coach Purse. However, you seem to be unhappy with your purchase. Cleanliness? The purse is NWT, never used and kept in a Coach dust bag. Ship Time? Ordered on 11/6, shipped on 11/7, delivered on 11/9 at 10:13 am, accepted 11/11. Packaging? Shipped in a clean, large box to properly fit the purse, purse was in a Coach dust bag, bubble wrap used to keep the purse from shifting. I'm not seeing the problem.....

llposh75 @neatfreak58 I’m sorry, I didn’t say I was unhappy. I was pleased with purchase. The purse was clean with tag attached, packaged nicely, and shipped promptly. I dont think it wasnt never used though, just my opinion. I didn’t leave bad feedback though, new to Poshmark but thought I left good feedback. Will correct if I didn’t, thanks

neatfreak58 @llposh75 thank you for your apology. I understand about being new to PM and not understanding the rating system. I inspect my merchandise to make sure it is in pristine condition before shipping and shipping in a timely manner. However, if a mistake is made, I do my best to correct it. I assure you that the purse was not used....I wear silver and tried, but couldn’t incorporate wearing the gold accented purse. Again, thank you for your apology and updated rating...🤗🤗🤗 You rock!
