karreba @vicksm303 sorry we got home really late and my knee went out. I think I can keep it under 5 it's 4 without packing stuff. we've been packed to move for a year I need to locate the manual. There are marks on the pitchers I couldn't get them to show up just from use and being packed. I'll put the order through in 30 min. if you have any concerns let me know asap thxs

karreba @vicksm303 no cracks. it's pretty simple fill with water, and put tea bags in purple top with top opening turn on... i.i thought manual was with it and I'm going to look for it if I can't find it do you want it still?
