@leahleuschner i’m actually very disappointed with Poshmark! I bought a Judith Lieber purse/bag that was advertised as perfect condition with no missing stones. I paid a high price, more than I wanted but figured since the woman was a posh ambassador and she advertised the bag as perfect I went for it. Three missing stones and 11 damaged stones. Additional $150 to have refurbished:-(

@vbauer62 I am so sorry! LOVE judith Leiber too. Did you report the issue to POSH? That sounds like a very reportable concern. I am learning that even Posh Ambassadors, do have some not so reputable behavior.

@leahleuschner I did and that’s who I got the credit. But the credit basically only covered the shipping. I contacted them again to see what they can do! I’m afraid to purchase at the moment:-(

@vbauer62 Im new to poshing, so am not sure exactly "who" gets notified when the product is CLEARLY not was listed. Let me check with some back door PFF's and describe your situation. Fakes and imposters hurt us all and the PoshMark Brank.

@leahleuschner it wasn’t fake; misrepresented. I asked all the questions. I offered she refused, said it was “perfect”. Her perception of perfect is different than mine. No missing stones to me means no missing stones. Looking back at the pictures I can barely make out the missing stones; photographed 5 pictures same side. Not sure I can do anything now. I got it fixed; There’s a gal I found in NYC who refurbishes highend bags! Now it’s perfect! I’m up to brand new price!

@leahleuschner before I buy again and use my credit I’m trying to get PM to turn it to cash and hope to recover a bit more. I want PM to be aware of the misrepresentation. by accepting the credit I may be out of luck! The purse is lovely but I should have bought a new one based on the total amount I spent buying/refurbishing. Sucks!
