lkgsign You're meant to contact Poshmark if you don't receive an order, not give the seller a 1 star rating. Especially since the package was marked delivered long ago. I have contacted Poshmark about this.

lkgsign @vickymtz22 it just depends on the tracking number. So the item was tracked to your address somehow. Anyway Poshmark will deal with it. They've been contacted. You can get refunded if you bring it I their attention which I have done.

lkgsign @vickymtz22 Posh Mark protects both buyers and sellers. They can see the day that I shipped it and the day that it was marked delivered to your address. If you claim you never received the item they will research it and most likely refund you and myself. At this point we just have to wait until they handle it.

vickymtz22 @lkgsign yeah I've already contacted them because it's almost been a month since I've ordered, I'm always purchasing here and I've never had this issue

lkgsign @vickymtz22 Posh contacted me and said there's nothing they can do on my end since I did everything I needed to do. They said if you claim it hasn't arrived, you need to contact them.
