Hi! I’m so sorry you weren’t happy with your purchase. I’d love to know specifically what you weren’t happy with so I can improve. Unfortunately the shipping time is out of my control since it took longer than 2 days after bringing it to the post office. I package all items safely in water proof bags and add extra thank you gifts. Please let me know what you were happy with! The item was exactly as described unless something happened in shipping.
