style325 Hi Vicky I want to apologize for making a mistake with the Gola sneakers and sending you the wrong pair. I have been trying to contact Poshmark for days to get their help with this problem but they are not getting back to me. I would really like to send you the pair you really wanted but I’m not sure at this point if I can expect Poshmark to help. I will wait a couple more days and see what happens but please know that I am more than willing to get this sorted out.

style325 @bixybling Ok, I’ll assume that you are satisfied with whatever solution they provided. I am sorry that Poshmark didn’t give me the opportunity to rectify the situation. Also, not sure why you accepted the shoes if they were not what you wanted. Accepting them automatically released the funds and made it impossible to fix the problem.
