I did't want to type this in your listing but I offered that price because I know I will have to replace the heel tips right away and add non slip grips to the soles. They are slip I read from Amazon reviews. I guess I will just wait for a price drop if they are still available.

poshcinci @pioneeryourlife Thanks for your message. The heel tips are in great condition, you can see them in the photos. As for non slip grips that is a matter of preference. I only wear leather soled shoes and I never put grips on them. There are 3 other offers on the shoes all higher than your offer. So I don't think they will be around.
