What is wrong with what I sent you?When I sent it I looked over it before closing up the box. There was no damage to the items or the box when it left me. What didn’t you get? I sent you what was in the picture. This sounds like a case for the post office. It must have gotten damaged in transit. That’s why there is .50$/100$ insurance put on it.

serena4957 You should do a claim with the post office to get a replacement or the money for it. I didn’t do anything to the item. Why would I buy something for 75$ sell it for 38$ and send it damaged. Makes no sense. Sorry this happened to you but I didn’t do anything to the item. What did you think you were ordering? It’s very clear what you bought. I don’t understand. Please show better pictures and be more clear on what happened and what you didn’t get. Ty

serena4957 At least wait long enough for it to be delivered. I only mailed it on Friday. You brought the case up against me for no reason and I don’t appreciate it. Not sure why you would bring a case up on someone on a Sunday and then take a picture of a laundry basket and say that it’s my coco lotion and lie. It was in transit that’s why you didn’t have it. It takes time to deliver things from far away. Contact support Next time and don’t cause the seller grief when not needed!
