@vnguy5 hey just checked on the order and it says undeliverable as addressed. Can you verify that your address on Poshmark is correct?

@vnguy5 I called the Worcester post office, they said they had other packages there for you as well that were undeliverable because you have not yet put your name on the mail box yet. I have called an asked that they hold on to it for a few more days and then re deliver. Once you put your name on the box you should call them and ask to have your items re delivered just to make sure, otherwise everything will be returned to sender. Please and thank you 😊

Thank you so much, I try to call the post office to redeliver the package for me, but noone was pick up the phone. What phone # did you use? I need to recall them tomorrow again. I just moved to this new address and forgot to put the name on the mailbox. So sorry about this, and thank you again!

The problem is that I just moved to the new address, and forgot to put the name on the mailbox, so there was the problem of the bad address. After that I did contact the post office manager for redelivery all the packages about 7 days ago, but until now, I still did not receive any packages yet. I didnot have a car, and all my classes were from 9 a.m to 4: 30p.m everyday. I cannot come to the post office to pick up those packages.

I saw all the message thru email setting from my phone, but I did not have my laptop with me for 2 days ( I saved the id and password for posh account on my laptop), that was the reason I saw the message, and cannot reply for you guys. so sorry for everything.Right now, in our area, we have a big snow storm, and will be snow for the next couple days

@vnguy5 so sorry for the late response. I recently just moved as well so I have been super busy unpacking and stuff. I just checked again today and they forwarded your package back to me. I will have to contact Poshmark on how this works. At worse they will refund you the money and I can relist them for you to purchase again, but I will email Poshmark to find if I can reship it.

@vnguy5 so I contacted Poshmark and they said they gave you a refund on the shoes. Please check to make sure you received it. If not, please be sure to email Poshmark support. Additionally I have not received the package back yet because I'm assuming of all the bad weather in New England but if you would like me to re-list so that you can purchase it again with the refunded money please let me know and I will do that as soon as I get them back.
