shangrass hi there! i seem to have made a terrible mistake in that i shipped your urban decay elements palette to another user whom i was also shipping items to on the same day, which means you will be receiving a package from me but it won’t be your item.

shangrass the user who has your palette is willing to ship it back to me to ship it out to you (correctly, this time) if i can get you to ship me back the incorrect products you received ASAP so that we don’t have to open cases with Posh support (because they kinda take forever for refunds and exchanges and it can be very frustrating). Let me know if this makes sense and if you want to do this. I’m so so so sorry. I’m never so careless I feel very bad about this.
