I am sure you will be pleased but if for any reason you are not I am more than willing to refund your money or help resolve the situation. I've only had one buyer have an issue accepting sight unseen (I accidently sent her two different size shoes from one of my boutique listings) and I worked with her to resolve the issue immediately. Good business means more to me 😊

lvfeliciano @meganlmccarthy hi. I just got from vacay,I was so excited to open my package. Unfortunately, when tried it on, it's too tight on my temples. Won't even rest on my ear. I didn't mind the scratches cuz I just wanted to mainly to use it to hold my hair up.Too bad cuz I like the design of the arm, it matches my purse.Is there any chance that I could return it & get a full refund?Im so sorry for the trouble. Hope you understand my situation. Thanks in advance

meganlmccarthy @lvfeliciano those from Macy's last year myself. However if yo u give it a day or two there may be items you feel a trade would work with. I have four pairs of sunglasses that I'm posting tonight alone including gucci Versace Burberry and I believe another gucci.

lvfeliciano @meganlmccarthy hi. Not questioning authenticity of LV. My only problem is that it does not fit my head. If the Prada is in good condition, can we just swap it. I feel that you rather do an exchange than refund. I guess that's ok with me cuz if I keep the LV it's just going to be wasted cuz it does not fit me.

And as I said it's not that I don't want to refund you, I just actually can't at the moment, and I hate saying that. Perhaps in a week or two I could just not now. But I can semd prada ny either lower purchasing price all the way down to 3 dollars and use poshmark shipping etc or I can ship tomorrow privately. I will leave it up to you

I'm filling it back up now. I also don't know how you feel about watches etc. But posting Marc Jacob's and more mk tonight. I want you to find something you are happy with not just trade out for something else you won't like. The prada are good. I like them. Also recommend the D&G
