Victoria- apparently the bracelet is at the postal distributor warehouse in Greensboro, North Carolina but wasn’t scanned and therefore that’s why we can’t see any tracking movement and apparently I may just have to wait 15 days to file a claim if there’s no movement on it before then. I don’t know if you still want to keep the sale open just in case or what but I wanted to give you a heads up. I am so sorry and I apologize.
