l_samuel @vcamrin yup. They are fake. I would email posh support. I think you can still get your money back. They know it’s a fake account now. They should at least close her account!!

l_samuel @vcamrin the number on the right arm. All Gucci glasses have the number that is different for each pair.

l_samuel @vcamrin I knew once I received them. Compared them to my other pair. Then investigated on others she has sold. Then sent pics and video to a retailer.

l_samuel @vcamrin I don’t know if it’s called serial number. But they all have that number on the right arm. Each number should be different.

l_samuel @vcamrin yes. I would email support and make your refund demand. It is illegal to sell counterfeit items. Posh also has a buyers protection.

rosiesrack @l_samuel what information did you have to provide? I sent in a request with a screenshot of my purchase order and I attached a photo of the inside right arm of the glasses

l_samuel @vcamrin I sent them photos of the glasses. Showing the C E is not spaced appropriately. Also showing photos from her account showing she sells all the glasses with the same number ending 2219.

l_samuel @vcamrin she also had a receipt from saks on all her accounts. The glasses came with a kering eyewear, which saks does not sell and you can’t buy online! She would have had to purchase them in Italy...google kering eyewear.

l_samuel @vcamrin they are a private retailer in Italy. Yes, mine came with a kering fold out that was in the little envelope with the certificate card.

l_samuel @vcamrin if you have a Gucci eyewear retailer near you, I would just take them there and have them write on letterhead if they aren’t authentic.

rosiesrack @l_samuel I wanted to be an attorney when I was little.majored in engineering instead. But I had my babies and I’ve been a stay at home mom ever since. So to me the $120 is a big deal. I’ve never owned a pair of real Gucci frames so I had nothing to compare. In my pre-kids life I would have had no problem spending the full amount so I’d KNOW they were authentic,

l_samuel @vcamrin it is making me never want to use posh again. I ordered a Gucci baseball cap and received a pair of socks. Pathetic. I’d rather use eBay. At least they protect the buyer.
