vikkiz Since i received an email saying some of my listings were fraudulent I thought I’d write a little something: I never thought I’d part with my shoe collection but after children, my feet grew. Most shoes have boxes. I can guarantee that all my items are indeed authentic. I bought them at either the brand store (LV, Dior, for example) or Neiman Marcus. You can feel free to bring them to the stores and authentic them. I’m sorry I had to write this but being accused of something isn’t fair. 😔

vanluxury Hi, I purchased the leather Dior saddle bag from you and i tried to sell it at Fashionphile. They shipped it back to me saying its not authentic. Do you have proof of authenticity of the Dior saddle bag? Thanks

vikkiz @vanluxury hello there. I do not have any additional item to show but I do know it is in fact real. I bought it several years ago from eluxury. It was a online store that carried authentic merchandise. It actually was the only place where you could buy Louis Vuitton merchandise. When I purchased them I never had any intention of selling them so if the cards or any other item of authenticity was lost, I never noticed. I believe the serial numbers were in fact in the bag.

vikkiz Eluxury is no longer in business and because it was so long ago I wouldn’t have any idea which card I used to purchase it. In fact, two of my card numbers had to be reissued because of a security breach by someone buying place tickets. Did they inform you what the issue was that they made an inauthentic claim?

vanluxury Hi, thank you for your prompt response. When I called the Fashionphile customer service, she said that the quality of the hardware does not match the authentic, but nothing specific. They send me the bag back with a tag inauthentic as the reason for their rejection of buying it. The bag looks authentic to me though cause I inspected the quality carefully, the date code I'm not sure because most Dior saddle bags start with a RU instead of MA when I researched it. Correct me if I'm wrong.

vikkiz @vanluxury I had a pink saddle bag that I also bought on eluxury and the code was MC. All the information that I looked up about the same style back that was similar to the one you purchased had the MA code. Maybe the person who reviewed it made a mistake?
