kzorn97 Hi girl! I was getting ready to ship the red dress that you bought but I noticed it had a few stains on the bottom and like three very small burn holes on the bottom would you like for me to still ship it?

kzorn97 It also has an extra layer of fabric underneath the layer that has the burn holes so you can’t tell!

vnguyening @kzorn97 Are the stains in the picture that you took from the inside layer or are they visible while wearing the dress? And could you provide the measurements for the dress for the length from shoulder to hem?

vnguyening @kzorn97 I'm trying to decide how much work needs to be done on the dress. And if it needs to be further hemmed in addition to the stains and burn holes I don't think the purchase will be worth it for me :(

kzorn97 @vnguyening the stains are at the very bottom of the dress! And can be washed out! The dress is 82” from the should to the very bottom of the dress. And the small burn holes aren’t noticeable because there is a extra cloth underneath them

vnguyening @kzorn97 Sorry but I don't think the purchase will work out for me with the damages and the length. If the dress is 82" it's going to be much too long for me, and require hemming. Does the order cancellation need to come from my end or your end?

denwalk Hi there,thank you so much for purchasing, unfortunately I printed and sent the package with the first label that was sent to me by Poshmark. After shipping I saw the email with an updated label so I contacted Poshmark and they said to let them know if you had any issues concerning the shipment. Will you still be able to retrieve the package from the original address? Please let me know and I’m sorry about the inconvenience
