henlewis The dress is a size 18. Sizing depends on the maker of the dress. I looked up a international sizing chart on google. Size 3XL is a size 18 Bust 42-43” or 106-109 cm Waist 35-37” or 90-93 cm Hips 46-47” or 116-119 cm Length of the dress from the waist to the bottom of the dress is 48” From the top of the neck straps to the bottom of the dress is 70 in. From the top of the train attachment to the bottom of the train is 58” Hope this helps. Thanks!!!
