jenafurss Hi Victoria, I just noticed that in "my sales" on the Posh app, it appears you paid the full price for the necklace rather than the counter offer I sent you. If you purchased it from my closet instead of through the offer it will not apply. Let me know what you paid and we can go from there. If Posh needs to reimburse you, I will contact them or if there is anything else you liked in my closet we can work out a deal. I see the necklace arrived yesterday and I hope you like it!

jenafurss Victoria, I received an email from Posh this morning and I will cut and paste what they say transpired, "We see that the buyer has purchased this item via "Buy now" Feature and so they were charged the full price. Kindly note that they should accept your offer on the offer page to get the discounted price." They also stated you could contact them directly and discuss any concerns. Please let me know what you plan on doing. Thank you
