nancyp2222 So sorry you were not fully satisfied w your purchase. I take my customers satisfaction seriously. I strive to exceed expectations. I cleaned n inspected your item then stored it in plastic in my guestroom closet. I reinspected your item n placed in tissue paper n plastic. I included note n a small token of my appreciation. I also seal all open edges of my new USPS boxes w tape. I apologize if I missed anything. Please tell me what I can do to make this up to you?

financialguru9 @nancyp2222 My only concern is it had what looked to be animal hair on it and my son is allergic to dogs and cats. Everything else was fine. I am happy, so no need to do anything else. I just made a note in the comments just to be aware of that in the future.

nancyp2222 @financialguru9 Was it one hair or many hairs? what color and length? my work area is very clean and it is Pet and Smoke Free. If there was many hairs then Id can say something is not right bc I know I checked bc it's fleece. My son is also highly allergic. The reason I only put smoke free even though its pet free also. But you did not ask if my home is pet free?

nancyp2222 @financialguru9 I do my best and never claim to be perfect LOL. Only God is perfect.I inspected item twice inside and out for hair lint holes or tears and I'm truly sorry if I missed or maybe a stray hair of mine fell in while repacking item. fleece is the worst to work with bc it grabs onto everything even when washing you have to go thru it inch by Inch. What Can I do to rectify this would you like a refund?
