Hi! Just saw your message about the shoes! I’m so sorry that happened! Shoes can “dry rot” if they aren’t worn in 6 months; I got them as a gift and didn’t wear much. So sorry, didn’t know! If you send me your size I can try to find $50 items for you for free to make up for it?
