servantofchrist I am so sorry to hear that the shoes you purchased were flagged for additional shipping! I am confused because Poshmark labels cover up to five pounds, and I didn’t think it was over that. I am SO sorry for the issues!

servantofchrist If the issue was because of it being in a flat rate box (cannot remember what package I used), you can contact Poshmark, and they will help get your money refunded: the USPS has an agreement with Posh about using flat rate boxes with their labels but not all employees have been trained.
