pa_pharm_girl The tracking info states that you received the boots. If you have not, please open a case with Poshmark and let them know. All packages are insured, so if the USPS has lost them, you should not have to pay. They were shipped same day and in excellent condition, so it’s rather disappointing to get a one-star rating. You really should file a complaint. It’s honestly no fault of mine, but you should not have to pay, just the same, if you did not receive the order.

pa_pharm_girl Hi again. Just following up. I double checked with Poshmark, and confirmed that the hiking boots you purchased were indeed delivered to your home via USPS. Once again, if you did not take possession of the delivery, you may want to file a claim with USPS, as all items are insured via Poshmark. I ship all purchases same or next day, and these were shipped immediately. Once an item leaves my possession, I have zero control over it. Please follow up if you so desire. Cheers.
