carolynnk8 For that item, the product was legit. The seller was not. I would say always look in the sellers closet. Do they have multiple listings? Any sales? Are they answering questions? Yes, you are protected by posh and anything over $500 goes for authentication first, but you can save yourself the headache and 1 week cancellation time by looking at everything available to you

mangobirdo Hi! I wanted to follow up here, but a good rule of thumb is if it seems too good to be true, it definitely is. Always go to the actual original website and check full retail price - the piece you were looking at is over $7k retail, there’s no way someone would list that for under $1k. Personally, I wouldn’t buy any designer pieces on Poshmark that don’t go through authentication.
