m_cosgrove Hi Victoria, I am so sorry you have not received your shoes yet. I'm in Florida and your in Florida. I don't understand why they are in MA. I don't know why they even went to Jacksonville wich is north of you. II've been watching them and it just seems they are going in the wrong direction. m_cosgrove So sorry about the previous message Victoria. I have two packages that are taking way to long to get to their destination. I got yours mixed up with the other one. After looking at your label again, you are in MA. So it looks like yours is on track at least. Hopefully it will come by Monday or Tuesday. Last year I had a pair of shoes get lost that a lady wanted for new year's Eve. and she never did get them. So this made me nervous.Happy Holidays and take care. Mary
