hello... I know you purchased a pair of black heels from my closet and I appreciate your purchase. Unfortunately when I went to ship them I discovered that the sole of one shoe had become separated. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you! Please let me know if there is anything else you might be interested in.
