I am so sorry your package is taking so long to get to you. I mailed it on Nov 30. I called the post office and they told me that as long as it is tracking there is nothing they can do. Thank you for your patience.

@vnez674 I see you package finally started moving again. Hopefully you will have it soon. Once received, if it is close, I would take your package to the post office to see if you can get your shipping fee back. It has taken nearly two weeks to go less than 15 miles. Most Poshmark shipping is 2 or 3 day shipping. This was clearly misrouted. Again, my apologies for USPS-Illinois :(

Good morning. I am filing a claim with the post office in regards to your missing package. Can I get your address for the claim. My shipping label was deleted once it started tracking. I am so sorry this is happing. I truly would understand if you want to cancel this order to get your money back. You will still get the pants but until they find it, who knows when that will be.

Feel free to contact Poshmark to cancel the order so you get your money back. You can always send me a check if you ever receive the pants. Sorry if this was to be a gift :( We did everything right - you ordered early and I mailed it the next day.

Hey Victoria! Thank you for purchasing the LL Bean pants. Unfortunately, USPS did not pick up today. We have Hurricane Elsa possibly coming through tonight/tomorrow, so I’m not sure if the post office will be open. The items are safely in my home. If we are all safe tomorrow, I’ll personally drive them to USPS.
