water0089 Hi Victoria! I recently purchased a Kate Spade Pin, which you sent over the mail today. For some reason…the status on the poshmark app says “delivered”. Is this normal?

vcolozzi @water0089 no actually I was just questioning it myself because we just mailed it today! I just checked the tracking number and it looks like it hasn’t left NY yet. I would keep an eye on the tracking number and make sure it’s on its way to you! Posh customer service is always super great so if the package does end up lost we can always contact them.
