jennyvoila @vkrolczy Hi, no it does not. You’re looking for a retool if you want the kangaroo pockets at the waist. This is a snap-t. The snap-t has a chest pocket. They do not have kangaroo pockets except for one model that I’m aware of and that’s the mixed media. I have that one for sale as well but it is a size extra small. Hope this info helps!
