vn902 @lolo7772 I’m fine with keeping the dress but for a brand new and unworn dress, it doesn’t make sense for the zipper pull to be broken. The dress may have its tag, but the smell of perfume, broken zipper pull, and small makeup stain says different. I just wish that you would’ve listed that before selling this as brand new. It is misleading to your customers. Shipping and you were great but this was a little disappointing.
