@vidat3 it’s not a 32 though since it’s a high waist, 501... waist measurements aren’t apples to apples your waist, if that makes sense....
these are around a true size 6-8 (tight size 8)
The waist opening is 32” but it’s not for a 32 jean size person. A 32 jean size person waist band reflects more like a 36...
Hips are factored in as well... hard to explain but I used to work for LEVIs...
