viennaiacona @kaylamarie769 The box was ripped, there was a mound of black hair attached to the bag that was inside the box. The mist was clearly not brand new like you labeled it as, it had a good amount missing from it (which I didn’t mind Bc you could see that in the picture). If you really could have sold it for twice the amount then you should have then. No need to get mad at a 4 start rating, when honestly I wanted to throw up when I opened the box and saw how dirty the bag was with the hair.
